Ruthob, Sukkari and Ajwa dates imported through our licensed channels and distributed to the Indonesian market by our dedicated local sales company.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and is typically a full container load (FCL). Tell us the product and your target volume in a quotation request and we'll confirm what's workable.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
We commonly quote FOB, CFR and CIF from Indonesian ports. Let us know your destination and we'll advise the most suitable term for your shipment.
What shipping documents do you provide?
A complete export set: commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin, plus product-specific certificates and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) where required.
Can I get samples and specifications first?
Yes. Pre-shipment samples and target specifications are available on request for most product lines so you can verify quality before committing to an order.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead time depends on the product, volume and destination. We confirm a clear production and shipping schedule with every quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
Terms are agreed per order: most commonly telegraphic transfer (T/T) or an irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
Do you handle export licensing and customs?
Yes. PT. Eco Jaya International manages export and import licensing, trade documentation and customs clearance in-house, so a single team stays with your shipment from booking through to clearance.
